Common questions
Why are my targets ranges, not exact numbers?
Food and body estimates are uncertain. Alere shows honest ranges rather than false precision; the targets are recalculated from your profile and goal.
A workout from my watch did not appear.
Connect Apple Health (iPhone) or Health Connect (Android) in Settings, then open Alere — it imports recent walks, runs, hikes and rides when it comes to the foreground.
